"We had a fantastic holiday, the only thing that could have been better was the weather, and unfortunately you have no control over that! The staff you have are really great and professional, I don't think I've ever seen lifeguards as on the ball as yours, they did a brilliant job - luckily we didn't need them. The childrens entertainment staff were really friendly and approachable and the security were professional but friendly - you should be very proud of all the staff!"
