"This location is strategically placed for walking/touring the Dales and Lancs, with many wee villages and market towns tucked away from the main roads. We went off season so although the weather was "dreich" the area was quiet and you could traverse country lanes unimpeded. Great area to go for peace and quiet, good local produce in a miniature "escape to the country". Ingleton waterfall walk and White Scar cave were the highlights."
